Social Media Management
Amazon Fire Tablets
I worked on Amazon Fire Tablets’ TikTok during a period of major growth, helping transform the account over 7 months and driving a 110% increase in followers. By focusing on content that felt native to the platform and relevant to Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences, I helped shift the account into something people actually wanted to engage with.
A big part of my role was figuring out what worked for this brand on TikTok—testing trends, shaping content around audience behavior, and turning insights into ideas that people would stop and watch. I owned the content from end to end, from building the content calendar and concepting ideas to shooting, editing, posting, and engaging with the community. View more HERE.
Bridgestone
I worked on Bridgestone’s social channels as part of a broader effort to strengthen the brand’s digital presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn. During my time on the account, I helped drive a 37% increase in followers, reaching over 186 million users and generating more than 209K interactions.
A big focus of my role was translating a global brand into content that felt relevant and engaging on each platform. I developed platform-specific strategies, tested different content approaches, and helped shape the creative direction to better connect with niche audiences and emerging conversations. This included building content calendars, concepting ideas, and overseeing execution from posting through community engagement.

This Is Small Business
I supported the launch of Amazon’s This Is Small Business podcast YouTube channel, building a YouTube-first growth strategy focused on discoverability, engagement, and long-term audience growth. In the first month post-launch, the channel achieved a 4.26% click-through rate, an 8.79% engagement rate, and over 2,500 impressions, growing to 100+ subscribers and 2,100+ views.
A key part of my role was shaping how the channel showed up on YouTube from day one. I developed SEO-driven metadata, optimized titles and descriptions for search visibility, and created thumbnail strategies designed to improve click-through rate. I also managed publishing cadence across long-form content and Shorts to support both reach and retention.

Amazon Publishing
New York Times Bestselling Authors Dean Koontz & Robert Dugoni
I manage the social presence for Amazon Publishing authors Robert Dugoni and Dean Koontz across Facebook and Instagram, using an editorial approach designed to strengthen fan connection and engagement. Rather than traditional brand posting, I build content through structured author prompts and questions, which the authors respond to directly—creating authentic, voice-driven content that feels personal to each audience.
From there, I provide creative direction for each post and guide a production team in developing platform-optimized assets that align with each author’s tone and storytelling style. I oversee content calendars, publishing cadence, and ongoing optimization to ensure consistent engagement and community growth.
I also monitor performance closely, translating engagement trends and audience feedback into recommendations that shape future content direction and deepen fan interaction over time.
