Overview: As the Account Manager, I led the revitalization of Ben’s Soft Pretzels' annual Pretzeltober campaign. From our initial meeting, I recognized the opportunity to expand the impact of the campaign and collaborated closely with my creative team to reimagine its potential. I scheduled and led strategy sessions, wrote a detailed creative brief, and managed timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth execution. I served as the bridge between the client and our internal team, ensuring the campaign aligned with business goals while bringing a fresh, festive energy to the initiative.
