Overview: As the Account Manager for this project, I served as the key liaison between the client and my creative team, guiding the brand development process from ideation through execution. I led early discovery meetings to understand the client’s values and vision, then translated those insights into a clear and actionable creative brief. I played a critical role in naming the firm, facilitating collaborative brainstorming sessions, presenting refined options backed by strategic reasoning, and ultimately helping the client select a brand name that reflected both strength and compassion. I ensured alignment across all deliverables and maintained a seamless client relationship, which led to continued partnership and brand implementation across multiple platforms.
